The design of the Oravan Industrial Logistics Park will be meticulously crafted to address a complex land profile, by achieving efficient plot coverage to provide ample space for all necessary infrastructure. The project embraces a sustainable design approach with the goal of achieving at least Gold Level IGBC Certification, reflecting our commitment to environmental stewardship and energy efficiency.

The modular development is a key feature, allowing the park to accommodate a diverse range of industries within its campus. This flexibility ensures that the facility can adapt to various industrial needs over time. A thorough traffic study has informed the design of road widths to manage peak traffic flows effectively, ensuring smooth access and egress for all users.

To address the high flood risk in the area, we have implemented carefully planned water drainage systems. Additionally, intermittent ponds are incorporated to collect rainwater, which aids in erosion control and facilitates rainwater harvesting, further enhancing the sustainability of the project.
