RSB PROJECT CONSULTANTS PVT LTD is an industrial architectural and project management firm that was instituted in 2018 and is based in Chennai. With a team of 80 expert architects and engineers, this firm has successfully completed over 50 sustainable industrial projects on a prodigious scale in just the past 5 years, many of which have attained the coveted Gold certification for sustainable architectural designs from the Indian Green Building Council.

Our Directors
Dr. Suresh BabuManaging Director
Dr. Suresh Babu is the heart and soul behind the designs and projects that flow from RSB Arch Projects. Given his varied interests within the Engineering sphere, he began his qualifications by pursuing his B. E. in Civil Engineering at PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, then went on to complete his Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Application, following which he earned his M. E. in Structural Engineering and crowned his academic career with a Doctoral Degree in Earthquake Engineering from the prestigious Anna university in Chennai.
As a mark of his passion for sustainable and resourceful designs, he gained accreditation with the Indian Green Building Council for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Designs (LEED) and has been made a Chartered Fellow & Approved Valuer at the Institute of Valuer Engineers.
With over 39 years of extensive experience in industrial and logistics development, Dr. Suresh Babu has distinguished himself as a rare expert, the Inspectorate of factories.
Before he established his own, Mr. Suresh was a Partner at an Architectural firm in Chennai. His clients included Daimler, BSH, Michelin, BMW and NCR. They continue to support him at RSB.

Sathya Suresh BabuDirector Ms. Sathya’s diverse professional experiences, over a 3-decade career, have culminated in her current role as the Director of Finance and Operations at our Industrial Design Engineering Firm. She laid her academic foundation at Alagappa Chettiar College of Engineering and Technology, Karaikudi with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering in May 1993. Her first position as Graduate Trainee and Operations Officer at the esteemed HPCL was the stepping stone to her foray into the Operations Team of the Marketing division during the years 1993 to 1996. Post that, she transitioned into Electrical Consultancy and built her expertise in Engg Design for medium sized petro chemical plants and practical experience with on-the-ground projects. With the advent of technological advancement in the Y2K era, Ms. Sathya went beyond her Core Engineering to pursue a course in web technologies and later with the advancement of mobile technology , went on to Reliance Infocomm to take over CDMA technical team’s Operations in managing and monitoring the network performance of CDMA BTS towers. Ms. Sathya Suresh Babu’s unique blend of Engineering, Operations, and Technological skills provides a comprehensive approach to strategic planning, financial operations & management, and innovative initiatives to support RSB’s growth.
