Our latest proposed projects for BSH Household Appliances Park Pvt Ltd, under the guidance of Dr. R. Suresh Babu, with whom we have a longstanding partnership from his previous organization will comprise critical expansions and enhancements tailored to meet the evolving needs of the client.

The first project involves the internal fit out work for an R&D lab, covering 2,500 sqm. This layout will be designed to create a state-of-the-art research environment, equipped with the latest technology and facilities to support innovative research and development activities. The design emphasizes functionality and flexibility, ensuring that the lab meets the highest standards of efficiency and safety.

The second major project is the proposed PLC expansion, spanning 16,352 sqm. This expansion is crucial for accommodating the growing operational needs of the facility, with a focus on enhancing automation and control systems. The design integrates advanced infrastructure to support increased production capabilities and streamline processes.

Additionally, we are undertaking significant addition and alteration work to further optimize the facility. These changes are carefully planned to integrate seamlessly with existing structures while improving overall functionality and efficiency.
