Spanning an impressive 26,700 sqm, this project showcases our repertoire of expertise in delivering comprehensive architectural, civil, structural, infrastructure, and MEP services tailored to meet the client’s precise needs.

The design of the manufacturing plant incorporates several advanced features to ensure operational efficiency and comfort. A key highlight is the strategically planned AHU mezzanine situated above the ceiling level within the shop floor, optimizing space utilization and maintaining a streamlined aesthetic. The shop building is meticulously engineered to maintain a stable temperature of 23±2ºC, essential for ensuring the precision and quality of manufacturing processes.

Our design also emphasizes world-class interiors, enhancing the functionality and ambiance of the shop floor office and dining areas. These spaces are crafted to provide a modern and comfortable environment for employees, reflecting our commitment to both aesthetics and practicality.

A significant aspect of the project is its sustainable design, aimed at achieving Gold Level Certification from the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). This includes thoughtful measures to preserve the existing land contour and an efficient utility plan centered on the plot to ensure optimal distribution of services across all buildings.
